We are crewing agency, located in Tallin and have been operating since 2012. Acting in compliance with Marine Labour Convention (MLC) adopted in 2006 by International Labour Organization and certified by International Organization for Standardization (ISO/IEC 17021). With great experience in recruitment and selection of qualified seafarers for different types of vessels, we are dedicated to quality and service, as it is our responsibility to correspond with the highest standards of management and provide support to our crew members.
Services
English Training Course
It is developed to improve communication skills in English of any seafarer who has will to study. In compliance with International Standard of Maritime English, we try and strive to make our candidates competent from each and every point. We have recently expanded our range of training products and services to provide and English Courses – is our new trend. We use every method possible to gain result, every student deserves to be listened to, that’s why we are continuously improve our own skills to of teaching and make people not only remember, but understand. All seafarers on completion of this course will be able to pass ISF Marlins English Language Test for Seafarers according to international requirements and standards established for each rank.
Cadet Ship Program
In line with long term strategy in commitment to fully reflect Client’s demands in future marine staff specialists and solves the issue of lack of working experience, the prime objective of the Cadet Ship Program was specially designed. At WLI we give importance to select the best and brightest cadets from quality maritime Universities and to make them employees on one of our Clients’ fleet vessel for their strict but rewarding guidance and gaining experience. We are presently run 4 main streams of this project: namely for deck officers and engine officers, catering and electrical officers.
Crew Management
Our main mission - providing recruitment solutions to the companies within Oil&Gas Industry. Based on the real knowledge of the marine and offshore industry WLI provides fully customized crew management services. Our candidates are thoroughly checked for documents validity and service confirmations. We make sure seafarers endorsed their qualification or passed upgrading trainings according to the latest conventional regulations, charterer's, trading area requirements. This implies that we can find and provide required candidate of any rank on a short notice, select candidate in beforehand or make a full crew management plan for all positions for permanent contract basis. Our huge effort is to meet requirements and to make our Clients satisfied with work of qualified marine staff.

We are always interested in qualified and experienced seafarers for different types of vessels. We offer the opportunity to work for reputable Employers in accordance with high international standards. We will contact You immediately when we have positive result or relevant vacancy from Employer and instruct you about further actions. We can consult and assist seafarers in obtaining and updating of marine documents. And also we can provide professional consultations on employment process. We provide supporting of seafarers from the moment of confirmation of his candidacy with Employer to the end of the contract. Each seafarer should be familiar and comply with the Employer's anti-alcohol and anti-drug policy.
